The business office of the Mining Museum is situated at Steiber Jewellery Store at Oberlinden 16 (near Schwabentor, which is the upper town gate at Schlossberg and is centrally located).
Opening times: Tue-Fri 10am-1pm and 2pm-6.30pm, Sat 10am-4pm, closed Mondays.
In high season it is best to phone in the afternoon.
Public Transport: VAG tram line 1, stop Oberlinden.
Car: Oberlinden is part of the extended pedestrian zone where it is only possible to stop in order to load and unload. The Schlossberg car park is just 5 minutes away.
The Mining Museum is located at the top of the Schauinsland, by car 30 min, by public transport 60 min away from our office.
